A very popular destination during the summer, Summit Lake is a great spot to have your photos taken. There is usually a good sized patch of fireweed near the lake which is great for individual shots. It's best to plan for this location on days with cloud cover, or evenings when the sun is going down. There is no shelter from the wind or the rain up here, but the views don't get much better than this!
